Matt Corbin-Executive Chef
Matt Corbin is the Executive Chef and primary operator of The Blue Raven. Originally from Pikeville, Matt got his start in the restaurant industry after completing his Marketing/Management Degree from UK and his Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management Degree at Sullivan University in December 2006. He has held positions at Bistro La Belle, Signature Club, Greenbrier, Cleveland’s, AP Roots, and recently completed his time at Varden’s Bistro where he served as manager and executive chef.
